How does cross-border case management work?
You tell us the whole situation once. We map every part of it — legal, property, paperwork — build one plan, and coordinate the vetted professionals in the relevant country who carry out each step. You deal with a single point of contact in the United States from the first call to the closed file.
When is full case management the right choice?
When a matter has several connected parts — for example, an estate that involves an inheritance certificate, a power of attorney from abroad, a registry transfer and a disagreement between heirs. Handled separately, those parts tend to wait on each other. If your matter is a single errand, one of our individual services will fit better.
How do clients receive updates?
Through one report stream: regular written progress reports at each milestone, in English or Arabic, from your point of contact — not separate messages from every professional involved. You can also ask for an update at any time.
Who actually does the work on the ground?
Independent professionals in the relevant country — licensed attorneys for legal work, and vetted field representatives and liaisons for registry and government steps — coordinated by our team. Biladi is not a law firm; where a legal act is required, a locally licensed attorney carries it out.
How does it start?
With a confidential consultation — $75, credited in full toward your service fee if you proceed — where we review what you have and tell you honestly whether, and how, we can help.
